Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations during shifts or on specific production lines. This includes ensuring volume, quality, and cost targets are met.

You will also be responsible for post-shift production & dispatches in SAP system, writing shift-wise production reports & marking attendance of workers, controlling product losses, and ensuring operators provide accurate information on log sheets.

The successful candidate will have B.Sc/B.E in Chemical Engineering, preferably 1 year of experience. Good manufacturing literacy is also required, along with a positive attitude with a can-do mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of manufacturing operations during shifts or on specific production lines, ensuring volume, quality, and cost targets are met.
  • Post-shift production & dispatches in SAP system.
  • Write shift-wise production reports & mark attendance of workers.
  • Control product losses.
  • Ensure operators provide accurate information on log sheets.
  • Keep different grades of the product separate.
  • Monitor and maintain process equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the section.
  • Prioritize safety of products, equipment, and workers during shifts.
Qualifications:
  • B.Sc/B.E in Chemical Engineering, preferably 1 year of experience.
  • Good manufacturing literacy.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
