About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Bid Content Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, compelling bid responses and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and proofread bid content to meet client expectations and submission requirements.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with tender specifications and eligibility criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect data, case studies, and technical input for proposals.
- Track and report bid outcomes; maintain a knowledge base of successful submissions and lessons learned.
- Interpret tender documents and client specifications to ensure complete and compliant responses.
- Write, edit, and format bid content to meet client expectations and submission requirements.
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have a degree in English Language & Literature.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bid/tender writing, proposal development, or procurement.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Work mode: Work from Office.
