Job Title: Expert Product Development

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead product development activities. This role is part of a team responsible for developing and delivering products on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement product development deliverables in the marketing domain, including launch of new prepaid & postpaid offers, monetization of existing portfolio, addition of new value-added services, location-based offer changes, and international roaming portfolio management.
  • Closing liaison with business and technical stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Effective conflict management regarding product development constraints of time, cost, and quality.
  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation and launch of new projects and products.
  • Reporting project statuses to upper management for decision making.
  • Product portfolio management and establishment of priorities for tracking and regular updates.
  • Compliance tracking for internal and external product launch audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of telecom products (prepaid, postpaid, digital financial services & value-added services), project management, BSS systems (CRM, IN, and postpaid billing), digital apps, and expertise in core telecom business processes.
