Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finding and hiring top talent.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Talent Acquisition Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Posting job openings on various platforms
    • Reviewing and shortlisting resumes
    • Scheduling interviews with candidates
    • Coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintaining accurate records of employee data and HR databases
    • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and internal events
    • Providing administrative support to the HR department

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all recruitment processes are completed efficiently and effectively. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company, taking on new responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
