Vacation Rental Sales Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced sales professional with a passion for the vacation rental industry. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the rental market.

This position requires a sales manager who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and analyze market trends to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue from vacation rentals.
    • Identify and acquire high-potential properties for short-term leasing.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent bookings and occupancy.
    • Set and achieve sales and revenue targets for vacation rentals.
  • Marketing & Branding:
    • Create and execute marketing campaigns for vacation rentals, including Airbnb listings and corporate housing solutions.
    • Optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental platforms to increase visibility and bookings.
    • Collaborate with photographers and content creators to enhance property presentation and branding.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
    • Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
    • Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for lead conversion and occupancy rates.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure a results-driven team culture.
  • Client Relationships & Business Development:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and deals for property management and rental services.
    • Represent the company at real estate networking events and business conferences.
  • Market Analysis & Insights:
    • Track rental market trends, Airbnb pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
    • Analyze occupancy rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
    • Provide insights and reports to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
