The Aga Khan University Hospital's Department of Emergency Services is a hub for multidisciplinary healthcare, bringing together doctors from various specialties under one roof to provide seamless care.

Responsibilities

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Chair in managing key functions of the Department, including finance, administration, personnel, and logistics. This will involve preparing schedules, arranging logistics, collecting evaluations, and ensuring timely handovers.

  • You will manage office supplies, purchase requests, and maintain an adequate inventory to ensure timely availability.
  • Facilitate rotating residents in submitting PGME forms on time and assist the PGME program director and coordinator as needed.
  • Provide assistance to assigned faculties with travel arrangements, ongoing projects, dossiers, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Compile residents' data and prepare quarterly letters for feedback, as well as annual letters for evaluation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's from a recognized institute.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in using computer packages like MS Office.
