Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing billing requests, managing invoices, and maintaining customer accounts. This role is essential in ensuring timely billing and collections, while also providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in accordance with established billing schedules.
  • Generate customer receipts at the front desk.
  • Assist walk-in customers at the front desk.
  • Handle cash, cheques and credit card deposits daily.
  • Make payments to employees and vendors in the absence of the accounts officer if required.
  • Disburse salaries at showroom.
  • Generate accounts receivable invoices for Bokhari Retail Sales on the POS system.
  • Generate A/R down payments adjustments in quotations for order booking.
  • Customer W.H Tax adjustments.
  • Prepare and share showroom daybook with management on a daily basis.
  • Deposit cash/cheques timely for the South Region.
  • Reconcile cash in hand daybook with physical cash.
  • Ensure accurate deposits of excess cash into the bank and record accordingly.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the reporting authority.
  • Maintain record-keeping of accounts vouchers and files.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software and SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and financial regulations is a plus.
