We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand and translate organizational goals relevant to your services and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs), such as reduction of incidents, improving service availability, and maintaining or improving SLAs.
  • Define and agree on SLAs with upstream and downstream systems, including regulatory feeds.
  • Ensure all services are compliant, including identity access management, change management, release, and incident management.
  • Manage incident triage calls and make quick decisions on service recovery.
  • Develop service improvement plans, estimate resources, and obtain business approval for funding.
  • Work with vendors to define success criteria for service improvements and execute outcome-based contracts.
  • Specify requirements for observability dashboards based on industry standards.
  • Review hardware and software upgrade requirements for your services and plan for remediation.
  • Define and improve release checklists for all changes going into production.
  • Ensure service sustainability by periodically assessing capacity requirements and securing necessary funding from the business.
  • Develop strategies to proactively identify and decommission inactive roles, users, processes, and data in an automated manner.
  • Buid, sustain, and upgrade CI/CD pipelines to maintain automated deployments.
  • Maintain excellent understanding of financials, monitor compliance, automation usage, budget variances, and provide governance around exposure and solutions design where appropriate.
  • Create SLIs reports for senior stakeholder forums.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with business owners to review services.
