Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Healthcare Connection Specialists to join our outbound dialing team. As a vital part of our mission to improve healthcare accessibility, you will be responsible for reaching out to citizens across the USA, understanding their healthcare needs, and connecting them with suitable healthcare providers within our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to citizens across the United States to assess their healthcare needs.
  • Provide information about various healthcare providers and services within our network.
  • Assist individuals in understanding their options and guide them in choosing the most suitable healthcare providers.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up as necessary to ensure successful connections.
  • Update customer information and call details in the database accurately.
  • Meet and strive to exceed the team's weekly and monthly targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and different healthcare providers is a plus.
