About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Horyzon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Insights: Utilize your analytical skills to collect and analyze customer data, identifying potential sales opportunities and making recommendations to management.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills to respond to customer quotes and queries through calls, texts, and emails, negotiating prices as necessary.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer data, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Customer Needs: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate pricing and complete information as required.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and follow up daily via phone and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Assist with the placement of orders, payments, and refunds, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promote products and services, driving business growth.
