Lead Customer Support Representative

DymaxTech is seeking an experienced customer support leader to join our team. As a Lead Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and providing exceptional customer service to our international clients. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer support representatives to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their customer handling skills and overall productivity.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer support experience, with at least 1 year handling international customers.
- Proven leadership experience as a team lead or senior customer support representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle challenging situations effectively.
