Job Title: Lead Customer Support Representative - DymaxTech

DymaxTech is seeking an experienced customer support leader to join our team. As a Lead Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and providing exceptional customer service to our international clients. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of customer support representatives to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their customer handling skills and overall productivity.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to improve service quality.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience, with at least 1 year handling international customers.
  • Proven leadership experience as a team lead or senior customer support representative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle challenging situations effectively.
