Customer Support Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to provide exceptional customer service support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong command of written and spoken English and additional language skills will be considered an advantage. He/She must be able to answer telephones, record orders with 100% accuracy, make customer call backs, and use problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily high-quality customer service by building trusted relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with their inquiries, resolve client queries, and retain their business while promoting further products.
- Complete internal handover procedures for both new and existing clients.
- Enhance Company Customer Service Standards.
- Work in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and a positive approach to work.
