We are seeking a Business Development Head to drive regional business growth and revenue expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement regional business plans, manage customer relationships, and ensure the availability of resources to each division for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional business strategies in collaboration with CTOs and divisional heads.
  • Maintain and operate local businesses by monitoring performance of divisions.
Customer Engagement
  • Manage customer relationships in the region.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely product installation.
Business Expansion
  • Retaliate and increase subscriber bases.
  • Enhance existing revenue streams and optimize additional revenue streams at the regional level.
Operational Effectiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate each division's performance against targets; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Control regional operations using SAP/CMS, integrated at HQ level.
  • Ensure the availability of resources for operations and maintenance.
Facilities Maintenance
  • Ensure safety and security of all organizational installations under jurisdiction.
Action Planning
  • Ensure compliance with targets, deadlines, and budgets through efficient controls.
  • Comply with legal and ethical standards.
Employee Performance Evaluation
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance.

Primary KPIs:

  • Restore networks within stipulated times.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve PSTN gross and net sales targets.
  • Reduce registered faults within the specified timeframe.
  • Reduce PSTN repeat fault percentage to predefined levels.
  • Provide quality services to customers.

Secondary KPIs:

  • Ensure success of divisional revamp projects.
  • Evaluate subordinate performance.
