Job Summary
Hiring a Senior Human Resources Director is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our human resource strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals. About the Role

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth and development of our team members.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human resource strategy that supports the achievement of our organizational goals
- Provide strategic guidance on all aspects of human resources, including policy development, performance management, and staff development
- Lead the design and implementation of HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members

Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field required; MBA from a renowned institution preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, and staff development
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation is essential
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex, interdependent organization
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
