
Business Enablement Specialist

The Senior Enablement Business Partner plays a crucial part in the success of Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who qualify inbound leads.
Essential responsibilities include creating and maintaining an ongoing training plan to enhance SDR performance, working closely with sales management and other enablement teams to identify performance gaps, building focused training programs, and evaluating their impact.
Effective outcomes in this role will be measured by shorter onboarding periods for new SDRs, measurable gains in key performance indicators (KPIs), and a consistent supply of SDRs prepared for promotion.
