Junior Technical Recruiter Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Junior Technical Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage job postings on various platforms such as Indeed, Rozee.pk, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize LinkedIn InMails to reach out to potential candidates.
  • Perform Boolean searches to identify qualified candidates and screen resumes.
  • Assist with shortlisting candidates and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience in posting jobs on multiple job boards.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn InMail feature.
  • Good understanding of Boolean search techniques.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for recruitment and talent sourcing.
