Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for creating user-friendly, accessible websites.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Web flow, Shopify, etc.). The successful candidate will be able to convert design mock-ups into functional, responsive websites, optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility, implement tracking, analytics, and third-party integrations, collaborate with UI/UX designers and content teams to improve user journeys, and troubleshoot bugs and implement regular updates and improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in web development (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Next.js is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress, Web flow, or Shopify.
  • Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and site performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
