About the Role

The Support Excellence Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for issues and questions about our organization, providing world-class assistance via calls and emails. This role offers the opportunity to define our support processes and work with the team to develop and scale the Support function.

Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual French & English Email, Chat and Voice Support: Answer inbound inquiries during Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Customer Service Analysis: Collect customer support requests and bugs, relaying findings to product and engineering teams
  • System Evaluation: Evaluate existing tools and work with engineering to develop new tools to enable scalable functions
Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Native speaker in French and English (US)
  • Skilled in written communication (both French and English)
  • Natural instinct to empathize with users
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
