The Network Operations Control Room Officer plays a vital role in ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain services. This rotational shift position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including drivers, stations, and vendors, to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor main runners, 3rd connections, trucks, and line haul containers for timely departures from origin and via stations.
  • Track stoppage time at via stations, investigate variations, and record them for reporting purposes.
  • Follow the timings of vans carrying material for aircraft movement.
  • Notify the line manager of incidents while vehicles are in transit.
  • Compile records of every (line haul) movement of vehicles for reporting.
  • Maintain regular correspondence via emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls with drivers, stations, and vendors.
  • Generate detailed reports after completion of round trips in overland vehicles originating from Karachi and submit them to the line manager for review.
  • Prepare summary reports of all trips against overland vehicles originating from Karachi.
