Senior Technical Support Expert

As a senior technical support expert, you will be the go-to person for complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You will lead the technical support team and mentor junior engineers to improve their technical skills.

  • Analyze and diagnose technical problems using advanced tools and techniques to provide timely solutions to customers.
  • Identify and resolve product-level limitations that affect customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and drive process improvements.
  • Provide leadership and share knowledge with junior engineers to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in technical support processes and efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support during business hours and after hours.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Support.
  • Excellent understanding of SQL and API concepts.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to respond to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Escalate issues as needed with detailed information.
  • Document technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge management with articles, FAQs, and support materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide support during off-hours.
