About the Role

As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective technical engagements during the pre-sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and possess exceptional communication skills to present complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with Sales Teams to identify new business opportunities and develop compelling solutions that meet client objectives.
    • Create customer-centric strategies, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, that align with client goals.
    • Guide clients through change management during implementation of telematics solutions, providing support and strategies for smooth adoption.
    • Maintain and update sales collateral and resources to ensure they are current and effective.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or a similar field, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Excellent technical acumen, with the ability to understand and present complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly in change management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
