Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hiring for a Technical Recruiter - Onsite Karachi.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.

  • Talent Acquisition:

    You will source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions, including software developers, engineers, IT specialists, and other technical roles.

  • Recruitment Strategies:

    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Interview Coordination:

    Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.

  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting to remain competitive in the market.

  • Employer Branding:

    Promote our organization as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.

About the Job Details:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
