About the Role:

As a Control Tower Specialist, you'll serve as the main point of contact for shippers and carriers, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service quality. You'll work closely with commercial and fulfillment teams to achieve business targets and KPIs.

  • Own the interface with shippers and carriers
  • Assist commercial and fulfillment teams in achieving business targets
  • Ensure high levels of execution and follow-up with all load touch points
  • Clearly understand individual accounts' needs to meet client service quality expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office/Gsuite)
  • Well-organized and able to multitask
  • Exceptional time management, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Good command of English; Urdu and Arabic are a plus
