Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Services Sales Representative. The Services Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and providing tailored logistics solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and customer service
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry and dispatch operations is a plus
