About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive brand image.

Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions or alternatives within the stipulated time frame.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to answer customer questions and promote additional features or offers.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer service database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and other relevant information.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the management team to improve service quality.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for handling difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in using customer service softwares and CRMS.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service/success/support role.
  • Knowledge of CRMs.

Compensation Package

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs145,000.00 per month
