Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the report generation process and providing support to clients. This role involves ensuring that reports are completed to specifications, reviewing client data requirements, and following established protocols.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and accurate completion of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to review client data requirements and ensure that deliverables meet customer specifications.
  • Familiarize yourself with IQVIA data verification protocols and apply them accordingly.
  • Analyze and respond to routine client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Support the team in client service meetings at customer sites.
  • Produce ad-hoc studies as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Two (2) years related work experience Required
  • Experience in an IQVIA role preferred and pharmaceutical experience Preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills
