Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communication between clients and internal departments, ensuring that all creative and marketing projects are executed smoothly and on time. This role involves understanding client requirements, collaborating closely with design and marketing teams, assisting in creative development, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams (design, marketing, strategy).
  • Clearly understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing, design, and campaign projects.
  • Handle professional communication with clients through emails, calls, meetings, and reports.
  • Gather client feedback and effectively communicate it to internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through reliable service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years in a client service, coordination role (fresh graduates with strong skills can also be considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and design processes.
  • Problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
  • MS Office and basic design tools.
  • Client-focused, detail-oriented, dependable, and a good team player.
