We are a fast-growing business looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Client Acquisition Manager. This exciting opportunity involves leading the charge in client acquisition, lead generation, and IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and grow relationships with B2B clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct meetings with prospects and deliver clear, compelling presentations of our services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular sales performance reports.
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development or IT/software services sales.
- A strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management is essential.
- A basic understanding of IT/software development is required to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
- The ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and deliver measurable results is crucial.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
