We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to work as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our U.S. market team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and inbound lead management.
  • Utilizing advanced prospect research techniques to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities.
  • Transferring qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Scheduling meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales development representative (SDR) or a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
