
US Trucking Industry Sales Professional

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our US Truck Dispatching operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the US trucking industry, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Cultivate and develop leads to create successful partnerships, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- Effectively manage and coordinate truck dispatching operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of services.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the dispatching team, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and conditions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatching processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Address and resolve issues related to dispatching and customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 months of experience in sales, preferably in US truck dispatching, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Familiarity with dispatching software and logistics operations, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A strong knowledge of the US trucking industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
