We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Job Description:- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in B2B food/pharma industry.
- Strong technical and commercial background.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
