Job Title: Business Development Manager – Bidding & Client Management

Workplace Type: Hybrid/Onsite

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in bidding, proposal management, and client relationship development. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, manage end-to-end bid processes, and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire bidding process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders, analyzing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and submitting high-quality proposals on time.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain and expand the client database through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Develop customized sales presentations and proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the company's value proposition.
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as project management and technical to align proposals with operational capabilities.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of bidding activities, opportunities, pipelines, and outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business development objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cs-Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on bidding/tendering and client management.
  • Demonstrated success in winning high-value bids and managing key accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of bid portals and procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office
