Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist - Automated Testing Expertise

Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust end-to-end (E2E) test automation frameworks using Playwright. Your expertise will be utilized to integrate these frameworks with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify areas for improvement and implement automated testing strategies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases for E2E testing
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
  • Educate teammates on testing techniques and enhance overall product quality
  • Reproduce production bugs and document them for resolution

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on E2E testing
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (JS) and TypeScript (TS)
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar E2E testing frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and configuration
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and browser debugging tools
  • Familiarity with Git and version control best practices
  • Agile environment experience
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
