Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep customers informed about the status of their processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless communication.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Monitor clients' university, visa and other processes for areas of improvement.
  • Lead the processing department to enhance current processes and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Effective listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data collection.
  • Customer service orientation and adaptability.
