Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving business success through strategic leadership.

  1. Develop and implement annual Business Scorecards, setting clear goals and objectives for the organization.
  2. Create comprehensive plans addressing immediate and long-term staffing needs, including numbers, skill types, and levels.
  3. Provide guidance on organizational changes to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
  4. Propose and agree upon departmental structures with Department Heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Update and share the organizational chart monthly with Heads of Departments and Directors, reflecting any changes or updates.
  6. Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments, ensuring they are aligned with the Business Scorecard.
  7. Assist top management in preparing employee engagement survey solutions to foster a positive work environment.
  8. Manage and resolve employee issues effectively, maintaining healthy relationships and open communication.
  9. Identify and evaluate potential risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  10. Conduct thorough job analysis to prepare accurate job descriptions for all positions within the organogram.
  11. Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new employees, ensuring the best fit for the organization.
  12. Regularly review and approve monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  13. Conduct salary reviews every alternate year, comparing salaries with market trends to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  14. Monitor salary structures and benefits to strike a balance between cost control and attracting and retaining top talent.
  15. Identify current and future training requirements to support employee development and growth.
  16. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
  17. Assist department managers in conducting annual performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in managing HR and compliance.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, analytical skills, HR and compliance knowledge, leadership qualities, and relationship management skills.
