Main Responsibilities
  1. Support Operations: Assist in the smooth operation of the office, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and manage important documents related to imports and exports.
  4. Marketing Activities: Participate in telemarketing activities, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on call activity and analyze data to improve performance.
  6. Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as organization, communication, and problem-solving.
