**Ecommerce Account Manager Role Summary:**

  • We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team.
About the Role:

The Ecommerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing key online accounts, including Ebay, Amazon, and Marketplace. They will develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing ecommerce accounts to ensure optimal product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings, visuals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyzing ecommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce accounts, developing and executing marketing strategies, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
