This position involves administering, maintaining, and optimizing our messaging infrastructure using Microsoft Exchange Server 2019. As a system administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of email services, collaborating with internal teams, and providing technical support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Experience with Veeam Backup, Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and VMware virtualization is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 at an expert level.
  2. Collaborating on projects involving public cloud services, especially AWS, and supporting integration with on-premises environments.
  3. Supporting virtual infrastructure hosted on VMware, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting VMs.
  4. Providing technical support to internal teams and acting as a subject matter expert for Exchange-related issues.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in system administration or messaging roles.
  3. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Exchange Server, M365, or Azure) are a plus.
  4. Expert-level experience in Exchange Server 2019 administration and troubleshooting.

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience with Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with Public Cloud Services – preferably AWS, and optionally Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Working knowledge of VMware environments and virtual machine administration.
