Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, execution, and operation & maintenance of MEP systems across corporate offices.
  • Implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs to ensure uptime of critical MEP systems.
  • Orient operational efficiency and cost optimization for MEP systems.
  • Manage vendor performance for facilities management onsite vendors.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of MEP projects (design, execution, and commissioning).

Skills and Qualifications

  • A highly skilled and experienced MEP Specialist/Expert with in-depth knowledge of HVAC, Water management, Plumbing, STP, BMS, Generator, and Fire safety systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize under pressure with attention to details.
  • Team collaboration and adaptability with a continuous learning mindset.

About the Role

  • This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and a minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP operations and projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Your Typical Day

  • Lead the operation and maintenance of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water management, STP, fire safety system, and BMS of corporate offices.
  • Monitor facilities management onsite vendor resources to ensure implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supervise facilities management vendors to ensure compliance of agreed SLAs and KPIs.
