Senior Mechanical Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager with a proven track record in overseeing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in high-rise buildings. A strong background in project management, team leadership, and ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical documents, including reports, tender documents, engineering calculations, and specifications for HVAC, firefighting, vertical transport, plumbing works, and electrical works.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of shop drawings and compare them with design and tender drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee the installation process at site, process contractor's bills, and calculate loads for all MEP works.
  • Manage and control project operation procedures, prepare progress payments, and monitor project progress.
  • Coordinate and manage site activities, review bills of quantities and scope of work, and analyze work and cost variations.
  • Develop technical reports, plan projects, estimate costs, and coordinate all MEP works in the project.
  • Inspect and install PPRC, uPVC, GI materials, and maintain project costs using Primavera P6 software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years' experience in supervising new construction and remodeling projects.
  • Familiarity with construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
  • Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
