  • Overview: The primary role of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across various departments.
  1. Lead general administration by managing teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all users.
    Manage facility management, overseeing maintenance, security, housekeeping, and infrastructure upgrades.
  2. Supervise transport and fleet management, ensuring optimal utilization, compliance, and timely maintenance of company vehicles.
  3. Plan and execute institutional events, conferences, workshops, and other activities to promote operational excellence and logistical coordination.
  4. Coordinate procurement activities, guaranteeing cost-effectiveness, vendor compliance, and timely acquisition of goods and services.
  5. Collaborate with government authorities and local municipal bodies for approvals, compliance, and regulatory matters related to campus operations.
  6. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations across campus operations, minimizing risks of accidents and injuries.
  7. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
  8. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and vendor negotiations to optimize institutional resources and ensure value for money.
  9. Resolve operational challenges, ensuring continuous process improvement and minimal downtime.
