Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a senior-level quality assurance (QA) engineer to join our organization.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

This includes creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

  • Design and develop automated tests using industry-standard tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize test cases.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

As a senior QA engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the overall quality strategy and implementing best practices across the organization.

Requirements

For this position, we require:

  1. Strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
  2. Proven experience with automated testing tools such as HP Test Director or equivalent.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
