Job Overview

This role requires a blend of client communication, problem-solving skills, and expertise in Amazon Seller Central. As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels, providing updates and solutions for client concerns.
  • Account Health Management: Proactively identify and address issues to prevent account suspensions or penalties.
  • Resolve product listing errors, order discrepancies, and other Amazon Seller Central issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated concerns efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, client communication, or account management. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Click-Up, and Slack.
  • Additional Requirements: Reside in Central or South America to align with the shift timing, availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST.
