Production Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to oversee the entire production plan, including scheduling for manufacturing, packaging, and inventory management. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day planning, supplies, and operations to ensure smooth production flow, preparing production schedules based on sales forecasts, and executing dispatch plans in compliance with service level targets.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for production planning and possess excellent presentation and data analytics skills. At least 5 years of experience in production planning preferably in FMCG is required. The candidate should be hands-on with MS Office, Oracle (ERP), BI report analysis, and possess influencing and communication skills. A self-starter and high-energy individual who is tech-savvy and enjoys learning in the digital space is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day planning, supplies, and operations to ensure smooth production flow.
- Prepare production schedules based on sales forecasts (Annual Business Forecast ABF) and align with plant capacity.
- Execute dispatch plans in compliance with service level targets and customer commitments.
- Monitor physical inventory and ERP systems for material issuance, balances, and consumption tracking.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- MBA/BS Engg (Mechanical) / Min 3-5 Years of experience

Preferred Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning preferably in FMCG.
- Excellent presentation and data analytics skills required.
- Must be hands-on with MS Office, Oracle (ERP), BI report analysis.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and high-energy individual.
- Mathematics skills related to the area of Statistics.
- Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning in the digital space.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
