  • Additionally, they will measure and analyze the impact of each squad's initiatives, providing actionable feedback to enhance outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with impact measurement frameworks and techniques, which enables them to assess the potential business impact of proposed strategic goals and initiatives. They will collaborate with senior management to make data-driven decisions based on impact analysis and measure the actual impact of implemented strategies and strategic goal fulfillment, ensuring continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
