Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to lead operational excellence in our organization. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various critical processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Checking quotation rates for accuracy and relevance
• Following up on pending quotations to ensure timely closure
• Reviewing orders to identify areas for improvement
• Finalizing production schedules to meet customer demands
• Ensuring seamless transportation of goods
• Following up with receivable customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Managing customer ledgers and confirming balances for financial transparency
• Tracking bill submissions and factory coordination for production and dispatches
• Fulfilling customer requirements, including company profiles, samples, and brochures
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Preparing tenders to secure new business opportunities
• Monitoring raw material delivery status for production
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Enhancing customer service quality and satisfaction
• Analyzing data and trends for process improvements and cost savings
• Maintaining supply chain processes, including inventory, production, sales, and sourcing
• Optimizing workflows to save time and costs
• Monitoring manufacturing processes for quality, including planning, control, and quality assurance

Requirements
Experience in project management is essential for this role. Certification in supply chain management is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Understanding of finance and budgeting, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management, is necessary. Expertise in consensus building and conflict management is also required.
