Join us in addressing childhood stunting through rigorous, multidisciplinary research. As a Research Assistant, you will play a vital role in our Human Development Program, focusing on enhancing human capabilities through access to health, nutrition, education, clean water, and a clean environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to develop and implement interventions aimed at reducing childhood stunting. Key responsibilities include analyzing quantitative data, assisting in the endline survey, and coordinating the data collection process.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background in Economics, Sociology, or a related discipline. Experience with data cleaning, analysis, and management is essential, as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of STATA and Excel.

Strong writing and communication skills are also required, as the candidate will be responsible for producing policy briefs, reports, and other documents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability, is also essential.

Requirements:
