We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the highest quality of software products.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality assurance testing on complex enterprise-grade ERP applications. They will develop and maintain test procedures, frameworks, and scripts to ensure timely and repeatable testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop overall test plans, procedures, and frameworks for software using internal testing tools.
  • Create a balance between manual and automated testing to improve delivery efficiency and test coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners to ensure high-quality products.
  • Participate in developing test plans, provide regular updates against milestones, and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology areas and products, and initiate quality initiatives within development and operations.

Requirements:

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related area, with equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of professional testing experience as a software QA engineer, creating test plans, setting up test environments, and performing regression testing.
  • Strong experience in manual testing, with knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, and WinAppDriver for WinForms testing a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills, with ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, with ability to work in a team environment with US counterparts.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Development Lifecycles, Virtual Machines, and Microsoft environments (7, 8, 10, 11).
  • Positive disposition, self-motivated, organized, and reliable, with ability to produce quality work in a timely manner.
