Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and efficiency
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to maintain relationships and resolve issues
  • Develop and prepare financial reports for management review
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal controls and financial systems
Requirements:
  • CA Qualified or ACCA Affiliate
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of local tax laws, compliance, and financial regulations
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
