Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to oversee the overall human resources processes and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and streamline the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain HR-related documentation and employee records.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in the industry.
  • Proven knowledge of HR software and tools.
